We want you to feel confident shopping with Toucan Custom. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and our support team will help make it right.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items so we can review your request.

Once your request is approved, we will process a refund or replacement as appropriate. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Each item is custom-made especially for you. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the details of your request.

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: You may request changes or cancel your order free of charge.
• After 24 hours, but before production is completed: Changes or cancellations are subject to a fee of 20% of the amount paid for the affected item(s).
• After production is completed, but before shipment: Changes or cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the amount paid for the affected item(s).
• After shipment: Cancellations are subject to a fee of 80% of the amount paid for the affected item(s). Order changes may no longer be possible once the item has shipped.

For cancellations, the applicable fee will be deducted from your refund. For order changes, the applicable fee must be paid before we process your request.

These fees do not apply to refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
