To request a refund or replacement, please email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items so we can review your request.
Once your request is approved, we will process a refund or replacement as appropriate. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Each item is custom-made especially for you. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the details of your request.

After 24 hours, but before shipment: Changes or cancellations are subject to a fee of 20% of the amount paid for the affected item(s).
After shipment: Changes or cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the amount paid for the affected item(s).
For cancellations, the applicable fee will be deducted from your refund. For order changes, the applicable fee must be paid before we process your request.
